Tasting Workshop – A delicious getaway in the heart of Marseille

Looking for an original, delicious, and 100% Mediterranean break?

Step into our L’Espérantine boutique, nestled beneath the majestic Voûtes de la Major, and let yourself be carried away on a sensory journey around the olive tree — where chocolate, olive oil, and Provençal traditions meet.

🍫 “Olive in All Its Forms” Tasting Experience – 40 min / €18 per person

Discover our sweet and savory tasting workshop, designed as a true ode to the olive tree – a symbol of peace, sharing, and authenticity. On the menu for this unique experience:

  • Tasting of green fruity and matured olive oils
  • Artisan tapenade made from AOP Tanche olives (the famous black olive from Nyons)
  • Our signature Espérantines: olive-leaf–shaped dark chocolates (70%) combining almond, orange peel, and extra virgin olive oil
  • Nougat with candied olives
  • Artisan Provençal “navettes” biscuits
  • All accompanied by a hot or iced chocolate – depending on the season and daily inspiration
