- All transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication. A security code (sent via SMS) or your date of birth may be required to confirm your payment.

Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Processing Times
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
As Espérantine chocolates are artisanal, additional time (1–2 days) may be needed depending on production availability.
Once paid, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
