At L’Espérantine, olive oil is far more than just an ingredient – it is our true signature. Since 1999, we have explored its gustatory, nutritional and symbolic virtues to reinvent chocolate in a Mediterranean style that is both wholesome and bold.

The “Olive Oil Chocolates” collection embodies this innovative and indulgent approach. It features our signature pralines, filled bars and homemade spreads. Each creation combines noble raw materials with 100% Marseille-based artisanal craftsmanship.

Extra-virgin olive oil plays a key role in balance and refinement: it enhances the chocolate’s melting texture, extends its aromas on the palate and allows for a healthier formulation without unnecessary animal fats.

Our pralines are crafted from carefully roasted and ground nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts…), then enrobed in dark or milk chocolate. Our filled bars reveal smooth, subtly flavoured centres, while our handmade spreads combine intense pleasure with natural quality.
