Olive oil, cocoa, almonds, orange — the secrets behind an exclusive gourmet delight!
A recipe inspired by Mediterranean ingredients
Almond
Almond: “the gifted one”
Rich in protein — almost as much as meat — almonds are also packed with potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, and iron. Their high fiber content (15%) supports healthy digestion and helps regulate cholesterol.
Excellent for bone health thanks to their rich mineral profile, almonds are also the only alkalizing nut (calcium, magnesium, potassium).
Cocoa
Cocoa: “vital energy”
A natural stimulant and mood booster, cocoa is rich in magnesium, which helps maintain nervous and muscular balance.
Loaded with vitamin E and flavonoids, cocoa is a powerful antioxidant that slows down cellular aging and protects cardiovascular health.
Finally, its unsaturated fatty acids promote good cholesterol.
Olive oil
Olive oil: “nectar of the Gods”
This exceptional “fruit juice” owes its qualities to its terroir, variety, and harvest stage.
Beneficial for the heart thanks to its high content of vitamins A and E and monounsaturated fatty acids, olive oil is remarkably stable during cooking and preserves its health benefits whether used hot or cold.
Orange
Orange: “the anti-fatigue fruit”
Rich in vitamin C, oranges nearly cover the entire recommended daily intake. They are also an excellent source of calcium, essential for bone and dental health. Their organic acids stimulate digestion and promote better nutrient absorption.
Hazelnut IGP
Piedmont Hazelnut IGP: “boosts good cholesterol”
Highly energetic, hazelnuts are recommended for athletes due to their richness in minerals and trace elements, ideally combined with almonds, walnuts, and raisins.
With a high content of essential amino acids and vitamin E, Piedmont hazelnuts are also rich in healthy fats. Recent studies confirm the positive effects of regular hazelnut consumption on health: a diet rich in oleic acid (the same fatty acid found in olive oil) helps reduce “bad” cholesterol while increasing “good” cholesterol levels.

The “Original” Espérantines

Espérantine Tradition
Our signature chocolate. Dark chocolate, finely ground almonds, and candied orange peel combine for an explosion of flavors. A subtle touch of olive oil balances and enhances the taste.

Espérantine in “Dark Robe”
A perfect pairing! The intensity of a 70% single-origin dark chocolate (pure cocoa butter) meets the excellence of an AOP green fruity olive oil. Creamy, smooth, and long-lasting on the palate.
The “Praliné” Espérantines
Dark or milk chocolate with olive oil and Piedmont IGP hazelnuts… a deliciously indulgent, intense, and irresistible combination.
