Our enrobed treats are small bites that say a lot about our vision of chocolate: creations that seem simple at first glance but deliver rare intensity. Handmade in our Marseille workshop, they highlight carefully selected peels and fruits, elevated by a dark chocolate coating.

• Crunchy coffee beans – offering subtle bitterness
• And Provençal “Olivettes” – roasted almonds coated in chocolate, a Mediterranean tribute to the garrigue and terroir

Each bite achieves the perfect balance between fruit and chocolate. Crunchy, spicy, tangy or sweet, these sensations merge with the intensity of dark chocolate in a precise, refined harmony.

These delights can be savoured on their own, at the end of a meal, to accompany coffee or tea, or offered in our elegant gift boxes. They are as beautiful as they are delicious – embodying an accessible, sincere form of chocolate luxury.
