Olive branches from Espérantines, a symbolic gift

Espérantine “Rameaux” are an original and poetic expression of our artisanal know-how. Inspired by the olive tree – an emblem of the Mediterranean – these chocolate branches tell a story of sharing, peace and refinement.

Each branch brings together our famous Espérantines: intense 70% dark chocolate leaves filled with a subtle blend of sweet almond, candied orange peel and extra-virgin olive oil. The box includes several varieties – Almond Green Espérantines, Dark “Robe Noire,” Dark Praline and Milk Praline – along with Provençal Olivettes (roasted almonds coated in chocolate) and dark chocolate “Sarments.”

Awarded “Best Confectionery” at the Intersuc Paris trade show (2000) by a panel of professionals, L’Espérantine de Marseille takes here a spectacular, symbolic form. The carefully composed Rameaux box showcases these exceptional leaves as a tribute to Provençal heritage and the art of gifting.
