At L’Espérantine, praline is a true signature – crafted in the purest artisanal tradition with a unique Mediterranean twist: extra-virgin olive oil. For over 20 years, our Marseille workshop has been creating exceptional chocolates from carefully selected nuts and fine dark, milk or white chocolate.

Our pralines unite the crunch of Piedmont I.G.P. hazelnuts or roasted almonds, the melt-in-the-mouth smoothness of a silky filling, and the finesse of premium couverture chocolate. The addition of olive oil brings roundness, a long finish on the palate and a naturally melting texture, while reducing animal fats. Among our most indulgent pralines: “La Petite Pêche,” sardine-shaped chocolates in dark, milk or white praline; the “Rameau Gourmand,” a delicious olive-branch-shaped chocolate in dark, milk or white filled with Piedmont hazelnut praline; our chocolate and feuilletine bar with irresistible crunch; and our generous hazelnut praline bar.
