Chocolate sardines, an original Esperantine specialty filled with smooth praline and delicately molded in three varieties — intense dark, creamy milk, and soft white chocolate.

Tasting Advice
To fully enjoy all the nuances of our olive oil chocolates, we recommend tasting them in a calm setting, at an ideal room temperature of 20 to 21 °C (68–70 °F).
Let the chocolate melt slowly in your mouth to reveal the richness of its aromas — the intensity of the cocoa, the sweetness of the nuts, and the subtlety of the olive oil.
For a pure tasting experience, accompany your chocolate with a glass of mineral water to cleanse the palate and allow each bite to express its full character.

Storage Advice
Our chocolates are crafted without butter or preservatives, enriched with a delicate touch of olive oil that gives them a fine texture and exceptional freshness.
To preserve their full flavor, store them in a cool, dry place away from light, at a stable temperature of 18 °C (64 °F).
If necessary, you may place the box in the lower compartment of your refrigerator, carefully wrapped in a paper or plastic bag. Remember to take it out 30 minutes before tasting to allow the aromas to develop fully.

Our chocolates are made without additives; this period guarantees the best possible tasting experience. After this date, they remain safe to eat but may lose some of their texture and aromatic intensity.
