Our traditional chocolates contain no olive oil, yet they are every bit as unique and unforgettable. Born in our Marseille workshop, they are crafted with the same commitment to flavour, texture and generosity.

This collection brings together our 100% chocolate creations – recipes that look simple at first glance but reveal complexity on the palate. Inside you’ll find:

• Our dark, milk or white chocolate “Croquants,” enriched with roasted almonds and hazelnuts
• Our traditional bars: dark, milk or white chocolate, cocoa nibs, whole hazelnuts or puffed rice
