A specialty from Forcalquier in Haute-Provence, Farigoule is known for the digestive properties of thyme, making it the perfect way to end a meal on a pleasant note.

This Farigoule (the Provençal name for thyme) is crafted from wild thyme, hand-picked in bloom during springtime.

Tasting suggestions:

  • As a digestif, served ice-cold

  • As a “Provençal hole”, poured over lemon sorbet or thyme sorbet
