Once upon a time… three little pigs unlike any other.

In our Marseille atelier, the fairy tale becomes chocolate.

It begins with a crisp chocolate and puffed rice base — sturdy as a well-built house.

Then come three praline eggs crafted with extra virgin olive oil and IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, each revealing its own texture:

The whole hazelnut egg, smooth and generous

The feuilletine egg, delicately crisp

The roasted hazelnut pieces egg, richly indulgent

At the center stands their mysterious “wolf” egg in milk or dark chocolate.

The final touch? A house-made almond, orange, and olive oil cookie — our Mediterranean signature — bringing warmth and elegant length on the palate.
