Inspired by the famous navettes of Marseille, these emblematic Provençal biscuits have been passed down through generations. Their distinctive elongated shape, reminiscent of a small boat, tells a story rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.

In our workshop beneath the Cathédrale de la Major, we carry on this heritage with our own signature touch: olive oil. It replaces traditional fats, bringing a subtly crumbly yet tender texture, while enhancing the natural aromas of the biscuit.

On the palate, orange blossom reveals itself with elegance and balance. Never overpowering, it offers a soft, refined sweetness that lingers delicately.

Each navette is an invitation to rediscover the simplicity of traditional recipes, elevated by a distinctly Mediterranean character.
