Green olives, candied lemon and hazelnuts in one delicious biscuit. These Scourtines combine candied green olives and candied lemon with an olive oil biscuit dough (14%). Hazelnuts add a delicate crunch.

Where does the name “Scourtines” come from? It was inspired by the scourtin, a circular pouch made from plant fibres that was traditionally used in olive mills. Filled with crushed olives, the pouches were stacked and pressed to extract the oil. Our biscuits pay tribute to this craft and to the olive tree, which is central to L’Espérantine de Marseille.
