Scourtines – Green Olives, Candied Lemon & Hazelnuts
Olive oil biscuits (14%) with candied green olives, candied lemon and hazelnuts. A bright recipe with a delicate crunch.
Dark Chocolate & Cacao Nib Biscuits
Biscuits made with dark chocolate, chocolate chips, cacao nibs and olive oil. An intensely chocolatey recipe created in our workshop at Les Voûtes de la Major.
Scourtines – Figs & Walnuts
Olive oil shortbread biscuits with dried figs and walnuts. A rich, fruity combination for an indulgent break.

Each box contains 8 biscuits and weighs approximately 160 g. Choose two different flavours to explore, or pick two boxes of your favourite. The duo is available for €13.60 instead of €17.

Tasting suggestions

Enjoy with coffee or tea, as an afternoon treat or after a meal. For a shared tasting, start with the green olive and candied lemon Scourtines, then try the fig and walnut biscuits, followed by black olives and caramelised almonds. Finish with the dark chocolate and cacao nib biscuits.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture. Once opened, reseal the packet carefully or transfer the biscuits to an airtight container to preserve their texture and flavour. Please refer to the best-before date on each box.

Ingrédients: farine de BLE, sucre, huile d'olive 14%, OEUFS, olives vertes 4.7%, NOISETTES 4.7%, citrons confits (écorces de citron 0.24%, saccharose, sirop de glucose-fructose) 4.5%.

Traces possibles de soja, de sésame, d'autres fruits à coque, d'anhydride sulfureux et de sulfites.

Scourtines aux olives noires confites et amandes caramélisées :

Biscuit à l'huile d'olive 14% aux olives noires et amandes caramélisées

Ingrédients: farine de BLÉ, sucre, huile d'olive 14%, OEUFS, olives noires 7%, AMANDES caramélisées (AMANDES entières, sucre) 7%.

Traces possibles de soja, sésame et autres fruits à coque.

Sablés fèves de cacao :

Biscuits à l'huile d'olive 14%, chocolat et pépites de chocolat.
